Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 
Payments are secure with certified secure servers and advanced encryption services. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. To protect you, as the cardholder, we may contact you by email to verify your details.

Delivery

Delivery options and timeframe:

We offer worldwide shipping. We currently use DHL as our courier across the world. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, except Sundays and national holidays.

Please contact us at customercare@alboushiya.com for specific shipping requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, local customs and importation regulations withstanding.

Delivery to Abu Dhabi: same day delivery for orders placed by 6pm
Delivery to the rest of the UAE: next day delivery for orders placed by 6pm
International delivery: 2-3 working days

The product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So, once your order arrives at your destination, 
You will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs office. 
Should you not pay these fees (during the period the shipment is held at customs at the receiving location), the parcel may be returned to us, 
However you will still be liable to pay these fees, they will be deducted from your refund. 
Kindly note that we are unable to advise the amount you will need to pay for customs and taxes, or any other additional fees required by your local customs.

We can deliver to hotels.

Returns

We hope you love your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your item(s) within 7 days of receiving it. Items purchased on sale are final sale.

If you have placed your order via Guest Checkout, you will need to email us at customercare@alboushiya.com to process a return. Otherwise, sign in to your account and go toOrder History. Click on “Return Items” button next to the order you want to return.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges, and customs and duties charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

All products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, and intact state, with all protective materials in place, as well as all attached ALBOUSHIYA and brand tags. This includes any and all packaging, accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way, in such instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.

We monitor the number of returns made by clients. If we notice that you have a high returns rate on your account, we may take the decision to deactivate your account until we can understand a little more about what’s not quite working for you. We will contact you by email if we deem this an appropriate course of action.
