Worldwide Shipping

We ship internationally and are delighted to deliver Al Boushiya pieces to clients around the world.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays. Processing times may be longer during sale periods or peak seasons.

Shipping Partners

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance.

UAE: 1–2 business days

GCC: 2–4 business days

Europe & UK: 3–6 business days

United States & Canada: 3–6 business days

Rest of the World: 4–8 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis to ensure a smoother delivery experience.

In rare instances, due to a system or calculation issue, duties may not be successfully captured at checkout. Should this occur, the applicable duties and processing fees may be collected directly by DHL or local customs authorities at the time of delivery.

United States Orders

U.S. customs duties and processing fees are included at checkout where applicable. DHL may contact the recipient if additional verification or payment is required to complete customs clearance.

Country of Origin

Duties are assessed based on the country where the item was manufactured, not the shipping origin.

Returns & Exchanges

International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
